At the center of this edition of Vices is a grandiose spaghetti lunghi; the result of a special collaboration between the pasta-maestros of Pastificio Di Martino and luxury fashion house: Dolce & Gabbana. Leave it to the Italians to fearlessly elevate an otherwise simple ingredient. The quality of tomato makes all the difference in a dish, and DiNapoli is so good that it can be enjoyed straight out of the can with a spoon. Where a touch of luxurious earth is called for in a dish your black truffle powder is particularly effective. We present these ingredients along with tools designed to add a touch of elegance to their preparation, and classic Amaretti to finish your meal on a sweet note.
