Vices is a membership program centered on a monthly delivery of storied treasures. Every month brings a fresh collection of incredible products and experiences that have been curated for your enjoyment. The story of these products is told through a keepsake booklet to help you discover what makes them special. The delivery will be the best gift you’ve received in a while, it will make you smile, and it will happen on a monthly basis.
The vices that we bring to you are the ones that bring the best virtues out of you when properly enjoyed. Every month is a new surprise which may bring you exceptional wines and spirits to enjoy, foods to taste, tools, toys, accessories, and gadgets that are worthy of your ownership. Each reflects an area of the good life that will make for the highlight of your month.
Because we curate brand new editions each month, often sourcing exciting and unique products from all over the world, we do not necessarily ship on the same day of each month. In general, our boxes go out in the latter part of the month. Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that will allow you to follow your package’s progress.
To purchase a membership as a gift, simply select “Someone Else” when asked about the recipient of the subscription, and then proceed to fill out their information. If you don’t know the recipient's exact address, simply input your own, and you can update it later with our Customer Service team. We’ll send you an email with the details of the membership that you can print or forward to the lucky person, notifying them of the great gift you just gave them!
With any of our subscriptions, we send the first box out within 7 to 10 business days. On an ongoing basis, we process renewals for our month-to-month subscriptions on the 25th of each month. That charge secures for you the next month's newly curated edition. Those curations generally ship out in the latter part of each month, but the exact date will vary based on production-related factors.
In general, we process renewals for our month-to-month subscriptions on the 25th of each month. If you signed up on or before the 15th of the month, your first renewal will process on or around the 1st of the next month to secure for you that month’s box.
For instance, if you signed up on January 15, you would receive your first box (selected at checkout) quickly. Your first renewal would be processed on or around February 1 for the February box, which will ship in the latter part of February. Future renewals will occur on the 25th of each month to secure the next month’s box, starting with February 25 for March’s box.
If you signed up after the 16th of the month, your first renewal will be processed on the 25th of the next month. For instance, if you signed up on January 16, you would receive your first box (selected at checkout) quickly. Your first renewal would then be processed on February 25 for the March box, which will ship in the latter part of March. This can leave a bit of a gap between your first and second box, depending upon your sign-up date. If you wish to receive your second box a little sooner (the missing February box from our example) you can contact our customer service team at support@vices.com and we can take care of that for you.

We have a team of curators who are passionate about the authentic products that define traditional craft, and cutting-edge innovation. We are constantly on the lookout for the unique items that are worthy of your time and enjoyment.
Absolutely. We would love to hear from you. We have found great products that came as suggestions from our members. We have also found that many of our members create some incredible objects and they at times find their way into the box as well. If you have a product that you would like to have considered for inclusion, please email curate@vices.com.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Because of the nature of the products in the box, we do not necessarily ship on the same day of each month. However, once a package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress. We require that an adult 21 years of age or older sign for the package upon receipt for any of our boxes containing alcohol.
The office is the best way to go. This ensures that there is always someone to accept your package on your behalf. As boxes that include alcohol require an adult signature, this makes getting your box on time easier. Please note that we cannot ship to Post Office boxes.
Unfortunately, with the adult signature requirement, we are usually unable to change the delivery location once the package is in transit. With that said, reach out to us if you are concerned about delivery, and we will do our best to make sure your package makes it to the proper address. If your package is returned to us, please contact Customer Service, so we can arrange a replacement.
The Vices service is available in most states. Because our deliveries often include spirits, we are not taking new membership in the following states: AL, AK, DE, HI, KY, MA, MS, ND, NH and UT Should you have any connections with politicians or lobbyists in those states who can change their laws, we welcome the conversation!
Yes. When your product is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. If your delivery is going to a home address, we suggest that you use this information to arrange a timely delivery.
Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to go live on a common courier’s system from the time you receive your shipment notification email. If your tracking number has not become live after that time, please email us and we will be happy to investigate.
We do not accept returns. However, we are committed to member satisfaction, so if you experience a problem with your order, please let us know. If you find any errors with the product(s) you receive, or receive damaged goods, please contact our Customer Service Department. If we can make it right, we will.
Shipping is estimated based on the distance traveled and will be quoted at checkout.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
At this time, we’re only taking orders online.
Yes. We do everything in our power to make sure that your information is secure.
On Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, the three-digit number is located on the signature panel on the back of the card. For American Express cards, the four-digit number is located on the front of the card above the credit card number.
Sales tax charges vary depending on the product being purchased and the shipping address you provide.

AUTO-RENEWALS

All of our subscriptions are designed to auto-renew. After your initial term has completed, your membership will automatically renew for the same duration unless you change your subscription level or cancel before the renewal. To change your subscription, please contact us at support@vices.com.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your renewal by contacting customer service. If you have a prepaid subscription, we will continue to ship any remaining shipments in your plan unless you notify us otherwise, at support@vices.com. If you do not wish to receive the remaining boxes in a prepaid plan, we may be able to exchange them for credit on Vices Reserve.

COVID Disclaimer

Our mission to share with you the absolute best often includes products sourced from around the globe. As you know, COVID-19 has had a tremendous impact on businesses everywhere. Overseas shipping routes are over-burdened and supply lines disrupted. Consequently, we may at times experience delays in the receipt of elements of our monthly curations. These delays can set back our shipping timeline, leading to editions that may ship after the end of the month. While this is not ideal, it is sometimes unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding, and we remain committed to sending out 12 boxes a year.
